Adds SCP-575 to the game as an NPC. Each round there is a chance SCP-575 spawns, during which it will cause blackouts during which it chases a randomly chosen player. SCP-575 can be defeated by going into a room which is not part of the blackout, or by shining a flashlight on the SCP.

SCP-999 is added as an NPC, everyone that gets close to SCP-999, except for other SCPs, will experience a healing effect. SCP-999 will attempt to stay close to these people out of fear of being left alone again.
